Warren is a 5-5, 145 lb infielder from Massachusetts with a lively body and quick actions. He ran the 60 in 7.13 on the slow wet track and showed above average first step quickness on the bases and on defense. Warren has second base actions defensively and his 64 mph arm strength limits him to that position. Offensively, Warren hits with a high hand set up and a reverse toe tap trigger. He has a level swing plane and is looking to make contact and hit the ball where it’s pitched. The wood bat is heavy for him right now at his size and strength and he will need to improve his bat speed to handle upper level pitching. Warren played the game hard with a great attitude that showed how much he enjoyed the game. He can play and could be a big surprise at the next level.
