Tervont Johnson is a 2016 MIF/UT with a 6-1 158 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Mays HS. Tall athletic build, has some present strength, especially in the hips, with more to come, bigger than listed. 6.98 runner, shows good lateral agility and quickness on defense, aggressive to the ball both in the outfield and infield, good footwork through the ball but footwork throwing can improve, playable present arm strength. Left handed hitter, low hand set with a toe tap trigger, good shift into contact, gets his hands away from his body and gets extended, swings hard and can drive the ball in the gaps, has hand quickness. Good all around athlete who is a versatile player and plays with energy. Good student.
