Bay To is a 2015 2B/RHP, SS with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Philadelphia, PA who attends Sts John Neumann/Maria Goretti Catholic. Medium build, strong, athletic frame. Middle infielder build and tools, quick on feet with smooth defensive actions. Clean accurate arm, quick release, with nice range to his glove side. Right handed batter who starts from a slightly open stance, good bat speed with line drive contact to pull side. Top of the order hitter, quick hands, and foot speed that plays up in games. Topped at 81 mph with fastball on the mound, getting sink and arm side run. Also showed an 11/5 curveball with spin at 65 mph. Good student.
