Daniel Sobarzo is a 2014 MIF/RHP, IF, OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends Cinco Ranch. Sobarzo has a medium sized frame with an athletic build. He has developing actions on the infield with developing arm strength. His defensive tools play best in the outfield where he has smoother actions and better footwork. He has a long loose arm action in the outfield with some arm strength. At the plate, he starts with a square stance and uses a deep load to start his swing. He has some bat speed with a rotational approach. Sobrarzo made solid middle of the field contact with some extension. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action and some arm speed. He has a balanced delivery with extension. Projects best on the mound and in the outfield. Excellent student.
