Jordan "JoJo" Taylor is a 2015 C/RHP/2B with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Irvington, AL who attends Theodore HS. Smaller slender build, minimal present strength. 7.44 runner, good catching fundamentals and balance, good footwork, accurate throws, some developing arm strength, 2.10 best pop time, tools to improve defensively with strength, can also play the infield. Right handed hitter, spread no stride hitting approach, limited weight shift, swings hard, best contact when staying short and calm, line drive contact to all fields, flashes some hand quickness with the bat. Good baserunner, shows instincts for the game. Also pitched, long arm circle, 3/4's slot, stays on line and balanced well, fastball to 77 mph, soft curveball spin, throws strikes and pitches to contact. Very good student.
