Chris Bachman is a 2013 2B/OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Rosharon, TX who attends Manvel HS. Medium athletic build, strong lower half. Left handed hitter, straight stance, short quick swing, swings hard and has some bat speed, stays balanced and squares up, good game swing with solid contact, best contact pulling, line drive hitter who can reach the gaps, tools to hit at the next level. 7.38 runner, showed good game actions at second base, has lateral range and a quick release on throws, arm strength short but playable at second, also plays outfield. Bat is interesting on a middle infielder. Good student.
