David Mangarelli is a 2016 OF/LHP with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Red Bank, NJ who attends Middletown South HS. Medium, strong, lean built with room to add strength. Ran a 5.45 40 yard dash. Has a short, compact outfield arm arm action and makes accurate throws. Raw strength is developing but has sound fielding actions. Bats left-handed, works from an upright, slight open, narrow setup and has a smooth, repeatable swing path. Flashes bat speed and makes consistent line drive contact. Shows a good approach. Good student.
