Cole Hyde is a 2014 SS/RHP, MIF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Trenton, KY who attends Todd County Central. Has a lean build with broad slopping shoulders. Hits from a slightly open upright stance. Toe tap trigger, short compact swing plane. Has a line drive/ground ball approach. Hits ball to all fields and shows power potential. Aggressive first pitch hitter. Defensively, low release point, some carry on throws, clean fielding actions. Also pitches, high 3/4 arm slot with longer arm action. Good lower 1/2 and gets arm side run on a deceptive fastball. 10/4 slurve. Throws strikes. Outstanding student.
