James Noblin is a 2016 1B/RHP with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Ocean Springs, MS who attends Ocean Springs HS. Large frame, thick strong muscular build. Hits from a crouched setup in the batters box, line drive swing plane with a short hand path, good bat speed, power potential as he learns to harness that raw power and strength and allow it to translate consistently. Strong wrists, homered in game action, good approach and made consistent hard contact against live pitching. Quick arm with accurate throws at first base, good footwork, hands work well. Good student. Named to the Southeast Underclass Showcase Top Prospect Team.
