Cole Bayer is a 2015 1B/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend HS. Solid athletic build, good present strength. Showed good athleticism at first base defensively, good footwork and agility coming off the base, accurate throws, also played some outfield and showed some arm strength. Left handed hitter, spread stance and high hand start, limited shift, long swing with some strength at contact, hits to all fields and makes consistent contact. Also pitched, short compact arm action, 3/4's arm slot, quick arm coming through, short stride out front. Fastball topped at 79 mph, slider showed good spin and some bite, could use it more.
