Hunter Hall is a 2016 SS/RHP with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Humble, TX who attends Atascocita HS. Medium, athletic frame with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, fluid footwork to the ball and fields the ball out front, quick arm from a short arm action with accuracy and strength across. Also pitched, throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a short arm action in the back. Loose arm, works down in the zone with fastball that topped at 82 mph with life to arm side and flashed a slider at 77 mph. Switch hitter, starts with a high hand set from the right side. Downward swing plane, creates backspin on the ball with loose hands and a strong feel for the barrel. Uses an up the middle approach. Upper body swing from the left side and gets the barrel through the zone. Outstanding student.
