Joseph Pasquill is a 2017 C/OF, RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Point Loma. Large, athletic frame with solid present build and good room for added strength. Hits with exaggerated inside-out approach, big early leg lift timing mechanism, can get down a bit early, good when on time. Swing shows natural loft and can drive the ball to the opposite field with authority. Flashes ability to turn on balls and them pull them with some pop as well. Sets up high behind the plate with some flex, solid exchange from glove to hand, rotational release, good accuracy on throws to 2nd base with pop time as low as 2.01 seconds. Throws maxed out at 70 MPH. Ran well, posting a 6.78 60 yard dash time. Good student.
