Brady Scott is a 2017 RHP/1B with a 6-6 260 lb. frame from Powder Springs, GA who attends Hillgrove HS. Extra, extra large build, well proportioned and very strong. Loose extended arm action, high 3/4's arm slot, works downhill well at times, lands a bit closed, medium effort release. Aggressive demeanor on the mound, attacks hitters with his fastball/slider combo, fastball topped out at 88 mph, mostly straight. Slider has tight spin and tight rotation, likes to throw his slider on hitter's hands, will sometimes drop slot on slider and get flatter sweeping action. Future power pitcher's body, stuff and attitude. Right handed hitter, lift and pull approach, has strength at contact, can improve as a hitter with a more level and balanced approach. Good student, verbal commitment to South Carolina. Named to the Showcase All Prospect Team.
