Chandler Hardiman is a 2016 LHP/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Fayetteville, TN who attends Lincoln County. Large frame with good strength and athleticism throughout body; projects well still. Primary pitcher, shows smooth and repeatable delivery with fluidity and athleticism. Good line and direction to the plate with quality lower half usage. FB worked 79-82 and touched 83 MPH with solid, running arm side life. Throws from tight, high three quarters slot and extends well. Flashed CB with 2-7 shape, good depth and sharpness with occasional sweeping action. Hits from shoulder width-spread stance, balanced and relaxed, short stride into contact with jerky load, flattens barrel into line drive plane and makes consistent contact to all fields. Worked out well in the OF, works through the ball well and shows quick release, OF velocity up to 86 MPH. Named to 2015 Southeast Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List. Excellent student.
