Tony Rosario is a 2016 SS/ with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Monterey Park, CA who attends Schurr. Rosario has a medium sized frame with a lean build. Defensively he has good footwork and actions on the infield. He showed some arm strength with velocity up to 81 MPH across the infield and made accurate throws. He has some carry on his throws and follows his throws. At the plate, Rosario starts with a square stance with an upright set up. He has a lower hand set and takes his hands to the ball well. Rosario is a front foot hitter and dives to the ball at times. He showed good hand quickness when he stayed back and showed some looseness in his hands. Very good student.
