Bruce Pattishall is a 2016 RHP/SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Silver Spring, MD who attends Paint Branch HS. Medium, athletic build with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out with additional strength. Ran a 5.29 40-yard dash. Primary pitcher, throws from an over the top arm slot with a compact arm action in the back. High leg raise and does a nice job staying online with lower half, gets on top of ball and generates nice downhill plane on fastball topping 84 mph. Some effort at release, fastball got on hitters quickly and showed ability to locate to both sides. Nice feel for hard curveball with tight spin, mixed well with 12-6 shape. Lots of swings and misses with both pitches during this outing. Flashed a changeup at 77 mph. Named to Northeast Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
