Blake Borror is a 2016 RHP/3B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Palmdale, CA who attends Quartz Hill. Medium athletic frame with lean build and quality physical projection remaining. Primary pitcher, uses long arm action with some stab in back but overall very easy; ball comes out of hand clean. Drop and drive mechanics, simple delivery overall, loads with slight hip coil. Throws a ton of strikes, straight FB worked 78-82 topping at 83. 3/4 slot mostly but will elevate to high 3/4 slot at times. CB showing 10/4 shape, gets better depth and bite when on top of it. Hits from straight stance with good approach, hunts fastballs early in the count and looks to drive them. Solid bat speed with pop to the pull field. Fields cleanly out in front in the infield, uses two hands when fielding. Deliberate actions that work pretty well. Threw 76 MPH across the infield. Very good student.
