James Bertelle is a 2015 3B/RHP with a 5-11 166 lb. frame from Randolph, NJ who attends Randolph. Medium, athletic build with room to fill out. Flashes good foot speed. Ran a 5.15 40 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced setup and leans out over the plate. Flashes quality bat speed and hits to the middle of the field. Likes to lift the ball at times and jams himself. Carries his hands high but stays compact with his swing path. Shows an accurate arm across the infield and stays short with his arm action. Gets the ball out quickly. Very good student.
