Daniel Borg is a 2017 C/1B, RHP with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Rochester, NY who attends West Irondequoit. Medium, strongly built, mature frame. Looks the part behind the plate. Makes consistent, on the bag throws from behind the plate and has a short, repeatable arm action. Receives the ball well. Bats right-handed, works from a slightly open setup and flashes good bat speed. Stays compact to the ball and shows lift to the middle of the field. Has present strength. Also took the mound, topped at 71 mph from a high three-quarter arm slot. Very good student.
