Vitaly Jangols is a 2016 MIF/RHP with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Tuxedo Park, NY who attends Don Bosco Prep. Medium, lean, young build with significant room to fill out. Ran a 5.46 40 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from a slightly open setup and looks to have more strength on the way. Has a small hand hitch in his load. Uses a line drive swing path an knows how to use the whole field. Shows quick feet in the infield and hands work cleanly and consistently. Flashes arm strength and projects to add more. Also took the mound, reaches 77 mph from a three-quarter arm slot. Has good arm speed and shows arm side run on his fastball. Mixes a short 10-4 slider and knows how to backdoor it well. Excellent student.
