Jordan Bonk is a 2017 RHP/SS/OF with a 6-0 157 lb. frame from Victoria, MN who attends Chanhassen HS. Slender young build, plenty of room to get stronger. Loose arm on the mound, full delivery, stays on line with good extension, 3/4's arm slot, repeats his mechanics well. Fastball up to 81 mph, velocity projects well. 11/5 curveball shape with tight spin and some biting action. Around the plate with both pitches. Promising young pitcher who will keep improving as he gets stronger. Shows good athleticism defensively in the infield, 7.01 runner, smooth actions through the ball, accurate throws with good carry, polished in the middle infield for his age. Right handed hitter, gets to his front side very early, short level swing, will need to learn to stay back and let the ball travel. Good student.
