Stan King is a 2019 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Lafayette, GA who attends Baylor HS. Recorded a 6.88 second 60-yard dash time. Athletic and slender frame with room to fill out and add more strength to the build. Primary lefthanded pitcher with a compact delivery and a longer arm action. Works quickly with present arm speed to the path. Leg lift up to the waist with good drive off the rubber. Fastball up to 85 mph and flashed good arm side run. Good angle to the fastball from an extended three-quarters arm slot. Attacks hitters with the fastball and will mix in both a changeup and breaking ball. Secondary outfielder who attacks the ball with a quick first step. Good athleticism and route to balls with a tight and clean exchange and release. Good footwork and gets to the ball quickly. Great student.
