Wacy Crenshaw is a 2016 MIF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Chandler, AZ who attends Perry HS. Wiry athletic build, projects well physically. Left handed hitter, tall open stance with a closed front shoulder, has quick hands and an aggressive swing, looks to pull the ball and swings hard with some bat speed, good game at-bats with consistent early count hard contact. Athletic infield actions defensively without much straight ahead speed, moves well laterally and has good footwork and stays balanced, charges the ball well, quick release with a low arm slot throwing, some carry to throws, range will be challenged at shortstop but should be very solid at second base. Good student.
