Ryan Conger is a 2015 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Palmer, TX who attends Palmer. Conger has a medium athletic build with broad shoulders. Hits from a slightly open stance, rhythm hand movement to get hands into slot. Line drive swing plane with good extension. Is short to ball and has solid mid field line drive contact. defensively, good low set up behind plate, has quick transfer and release, throws are accurate. Solid receiver and moves well behind plate. also pitches, short arm action to high 3/4 slot. Good extension out front. good command of three pitches, fastball and change up both have arm side run and sink, threw two different curveballs with 11/5 shape. One is looser and a get me over pitch and one was tight with late bite. Good Student
