Charles Clark is a 2016 OF/RHP with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Hillsboro, OR who attends Liberty HS. Medium, lean, athletic frame with room to add strength. Ran a 7.00 60 yard dash. Flashes solid outfield arm strength from the outfield. Needs to refine consistency but has the actions for the outfield. Bats right-handed, works from a narrow, upright, slightly open stance and takes an aggressive swing. Flashes good bat speed and hits to the middle of the field. Will improve with better front foot timing. Also took the mound, topped at 74 mph from a high three-quarter arm slot. Has a long arm action and stays on top of the ball. Flashes a 64 mph curveball with 11-5 shape. Very good student.
