Ian Fair is a 2016 SS/ with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Walpole, MA who attends Walpole. Tall, strongly built, highly athletic frame with present strength and good speed. Ran a 6.89 60 yard dash. Shows a strong arm across the diamond and has the hands to play up the middle. Moves well laterally in the hole. Bats right-handed, works from an upright, slightly setup and carries his hands high. Has a good sound off his bat and flashes power to his pull side. Barrels the ball consistently and transfers his weight well. Shows a good approach and hits line drives to all parts of the field. Very good student. Named to Top Prospect list.
