Anthony Lane is a 2017 MIF/SS, 2B, OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Fayetteville, NC who attends Terry Sanford. Medium, athletic frame with solid present build and good room to continue filling out body. Primary infielder, moves well to the ball. Good lateral quickness and moves particularly well to his gloveside, made some nice plays up the middle. Solid transfer, exchange and quick release, accurate arm across the diamond. Right handed hitter, large leg lift trigger, does a good job getting his foot down in time. High back elbow set with active hands, shows good quickness and solid bat speed. Middle of the field approach, shows feel for the barrel and sprays the ball well. Outstanding student.
