Dylan Wannamaker is a 2016 RHP/2B, SS with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Lakeside, CA who attends El Capitan. Wannamaker has a medium sized frame with a lean build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action. Wannamaker has a quick tempo on the mound and works quick. He has some backside collapse to his delivery and he showed solid control of 3 pitches. Wannamaker throws an 11/5 curveball with solid spin to it with occasional downer bite at times. He also throws a straight change up at 72 MPH and he occasionally gets some cut action on it. Wannamaker commands the lower part of the strike zone well and showed some pitchability. At the plate, he starts with a square stance and looks to pull. Very good student.
