Steven Piscopiello is a 2017 OF with a 5-7 162 lb. frame from Cranston, RI who attends Cranston West HS. Has a slender build, strong frame, sign of present strength, room to put on additional strength. Posted a 7.25 60-yard dash. Worked out from the outfield, showed quick footwork with clean and smooth actions, good transfers, and developing arm strength up to 74 MPH. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with an upright stance and hand set close to the body. Swings on a line drive swing plane with a middle of the field approach. Good barrel control while still having some raw gap to gap power. Could see even more loud contact as he continues to get consistent extension through the baseball. Good student.
