Bryant Jones is a 2006 outfielder with a 6' 180 pound frame from Lawrenceville, Georgia who attends Dacula High School. He has an athletic body with very good strength. Bryant is a left handed hitter who has good balance in his swing. He uses an open to closed approach and tracks the ball well out of the pitchers hand. He has good hand strength and above average power. Jones likes to pull the ball and has a body that suggest more power down the road. He has great bat speed and uses all fields very well. In the field, he has good actions. Jones threw 76 mph from the outfield and he tracks down balls very well. He showed his speed by running a 6.94 60 yard dash and an outstanding 4.19 down the line from home to first. Bryant is a promising young player who should be able to help out some college programs. He is also a very good student with a 3.7 gpa, an 1150 on his SAT, and a 25 on his ACT.
