Mark Roche is a 2011 RHP/OF with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from El Monte, CA who attends Arroyo. Tall athletic build, great pitcher's body. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, clean arm action, downhill plane, fastball gets on right-handers quickly, good extension out front, maintains velocity well, cutting action on fastball, repeats delivery, around the zone with all pitches, development of off-speed stuff will be important. Outstanding student.
