Carlos Del Rosario- OF- George Washington HS, New York, NY- 6'0"/190. Rosario showed a very strong arm from the OF throwing 88 mph with good on-line carry. He ran a 6.82-sixty and had very good range in the OF. Offensively, he has a line drive swing path and uses the whole field, but is at his best when he stays on the ball and drives it the other way. He is a very good all-around player with draft potential. He's a high caliber college prospect.

Del Rosario is a 2005 OF from New York, NY with a strong 6'1"/190 pound frame. He showed great athleticism with a 6.84 60 yd in workouts, and a 4.31 home to first. He is a smart player and he has great baserunning instincts. He hits from a controlled stance with high hands and an aggressive approach to his swing. He has a level plane during the swing and a nice high finish. With his speed and great jump on hit balls he can cover a huge amount of ground in the outfield. He has a big arm topping out at 86 mph, with above average accuracy and good carry. Carlos is one of the top ranked players in the northeast and should create a lot of serious draft interest..

Del Rosario is a young "05" OF/LHP to keep an eye on. He has a very athletic body and a serious package of tools. He runs well and has a strong arm from the outfield. He has good baseball instincts, it looks like the game comes easy to him. He flashes power potential with wood from the left side. Right now he's more of a line drive type, but the ball really jumps off his wood bat. He has a tendency to open up early, pulling out, but so does Icharo. He pitched in Wareham, throwing mid 70s. We're sure he throws much better. His throws from the outfield were gunned at 87 mph. Carlos is a good student.
