Richard Gonzalez is a 2006 MIF from Caguas, Puerto Rico with a 5'10", 175 lb. frame. With a strong athletic build, Richard has one of the better bodies in the showcase. Defensively Richard flashes outstanding range in the MIF with very smooth actions. Richard has solid arm strength, and could improve even more if he continues to work on his transfer. At the plate Richard flashes a smooth uppercut swing. He has quick hands, and good power potential. Richard has the athletic ability and the raw tools to be a solid player at the next level.
