Brian Feekin is a LHP with a 6-6 225 lb. frame from Papillion, NE. 22 years old, not college eligible this spring, has been previously drafted. Big strong mature build, looks the part. Tall delivery with quick, compact arm action, wraps ball in the back, tight 3/4's release point, hides ball well. Upper 80's fastball, touched 89 mph, occasional sink on fastball down. Breaking ball best at lower velo's, gets depth and consistent bite, tends to throw thru break for a flat slider effect, rare change up. Very good arm but needs to improve consistency, repeat mechanics better.
