Bryan Russo is a 2007 OF/C/P with a 6'0'', 185 lb. frame from Westbury, NY who attends W Tresper Clarke HS. Bryan has a well-developed athletic build and showed solid corner outfield tools. He has a good approach at the plate with nice bat extention and makes consistent solid contact. In the outfield Bryan has athletic actions with a strong arm and a quick release. Bryan throws from a high 3/4 arm slot and works quick while hiding the ball well. He throws a lot of strikes and makes hitters put the ball in play. Bryan is a player that should attract the attention of many mid-level college programs.

Bryan Russo is a 2007 C/OF/P with a 6'0'', 180 lb. frame from Westbury NY, who attends W Tresper Clarke. Russon has a medium sized frame with a stocky strong build. Defensively, Russo has good arm strength from the outfield and he gets good carry on his throws. He uses a short arm action and has a quick release. He moves to the ball well in the outfield with solid actions. Russo receives the ball well behind the plate, but presently his best position is in the outfield. At the plate, Russo starts with a wide base and uses a deep load. He starts his swing with a short stride and has a very quiet approach in the box. Russo has a flat bat path and has bat speed. He gets good extension in his swing at contact and has a rotational approach to hitting. Russo looks to pull the baseball and has present gap to gap power. Russo is a very good student.
