Dillon Buhrkuhl is a 2009 RHP/3B with a 6'2'', 205 lb. frame from Flint, TX who attends Tyler All Saints HS. Good frame, present strength. High 3/4's release, hides ball well, throws downhill, SL has some tilt and bite, FB to 81 mph, mostly straight, threw K's and competed hard. Showed hitting potential, has bat speed/power potential, strong and quick hands, best contact pulling. Sound defensive 3B. Good student.

Dillon Buhrkuhl is a 2009 RHP/3B that attends Tyler All Saints HS and resides in Flint, TX with a 6'1", 200 lb. frame. Dillon has a strong thick build. On the mound Dillon shows a short arm action with good life on his fastball. Dillon has an aggressive pitching style and can work the corners well. His best off-speed pitches is a good straight change-up with good arm speed. His curveball rolls a bit and he will need to work on staying on top of the ball. Dillon has a tendency to open up early and will need to work on getting his delivery online more. At the plate Dillon has a line-drive swing plane with some power potential. His swing is long right now and will need to work on shortening up in the future. In the field Dillon best profiles at third base. He has solid overall actions but his range best suits him at third base. Dillon is a player that could attract the attention of many mid-level college programs.

Dillon Buhrkuhl is a 2009 RHP/3B with a 6'1'', 195 lb. frame from Flint, TX, who attends Tyler All Saints HS. Named to the Top Prospect Team at this event. Buhrkuhl has an extra large frame with good present strength. On the mound he throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with good arm action and arm speed. Buhrkuhl stays online and balanced through his delivery with minimal effort. His fastball topped out at 84 mph with arm side life, and mixes in a 70 mph breaking ball and 74 mph changeup. Buhrkuhl throws all three pitches for strikes, and has a very good feel for his secondary pitches. He allowed only 2 hits in 3 innings while striking out 4. At the plate he is a right handed hitter with solid bat speed. He has projectable power to all fields. Buhrkuhl tracks pitches well and does a good job staying on pitches going the opposite way. Defensively he has good footwork at third base, and shows arm strength with an accurate arm. He is a young player with good upside.
