Daniel Parham is a 2009 MIF/OF with a 6'0'', 160 lb. frame from Broken Arrow, OK, who attends Jenks HS. Parham has a lean and athletic frame with great projection. He has good speed in the sixty (7.15), with even better game speed. Defensively he has position flexibility between the MIF and OF. Parham has good footwork with good hands in the middle of the diamond, and shows good range. He makes the plays. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from a closed and crouched stance with a high back elbow and a wide base. Parham has solid bat speed through the hitting zone with a short and compact swing path to the ball. He has the ability to hit to all fields with projectable power. Parham has very good upside to his overall game, and has a good ceiling. He is also a good student.
