Cody Clinton is a 2006 outfielder with a 6'1" 210 pound frame from Boca Raton, Florida who attends Boca Raton High School. He has a tall stocky body with good strength. Cody is a right handed hitter with a simple approach and an aggressive swing. He has outstanding bat speed with strong hands that allow him to swing wood very easily. He has huge power potential. His swing is on a line drive plane and he has the strength to drive the ball to all fields. In the field, Clinton has very sound fundamentals and footwork. He showed a good strong arm by throwing 85 mph from the outfield. Cody is a top level hitting prospect with a big upside. Colleges should be getting this kid into their school. He continues to improve and can flat out hit.
