Christopher Wojick is a 2006 C/P/OF from Montville HS in Uncasville, Connecticut, with a lean and athletic 6'0"/170 pound frame. A right handed hitter, Wojick hits from a balanced stance with a no stride approach. He is an aggressive hitter with a line drive swing plane that generates good bat speed. Christopher has a good transfer and release from behind the plate with good feet and a live arm. Wojick also pitches and he hit 88 mph on the mound. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with clean arm action. He uses minimal effort in his balanced and online delivery. Ht throws a sharp and tight 11-5 breaking curveball that he consistently throws for strikes. He showed good command of both pitches. Wojick could be a two-way player and is also a very good student.
