Collan Campbell is a 5'11"/165, (2007) right handed pitcher from Hilton Head, SC. On the mound he showed 77fb, 69cb, and 71change up. He throws from a standard 3/4 arm slot with loose arm action and some effort. Campbell has plus command of his fastball and very good life on his change up. He tends to rush his delivery at times Campbell's knuckle curveball has good 12/6 break to it and will improve as he adds overall velocity to his pitches. Campbell gets very good extension out front on his release, which helps his breaking ball. He's aggressive and goes right after hitters. Campbell looks like the type who is going to add velocity soon and he might already throw harder normally. He could develop quickly. Named to the Top Prospect Game. Campbell is also an excellent student.
