Nicholas Rowland is a 2016 OF/2B with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Blue Bell, PA who attends Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. Shorter athletic build, room to get stronger. Very good runner, 6.56 in the sixty, quick first step in the outfield and on the bases, body and tools profile best for second base in the future, developing arm strength. Right handed hitter, balanced stance, rotational hitter with a hand drop load to start his swing, gets long at times, mid field to opposite field contact, should improve with additional strength, especiall in his hands. Good student.
