Kidany Salva is a 2016 C/2B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Klein Forest HS. Has a medium frame with an athletic build, broad shoulders, and a strong lower half. Posted a 6.85 60 yard dash. From behind the plate, quick footwork and transfers. Quick arm with good strength and carry. At the plate, switch hitter that starts with a slightly open stance from the left side and an even straight base from the right side. From the left side, has good bat speed and a strong core. Quick hands to the baseball and generates a lot of line drives. From the right side, loose swing with solid bat speed. Has a middle of the field approach on a line drive swing plane. Ball jumped well of his bat from both sides of the plate. Excellent student. Named to South Uncommitted Top Prospect List.
