Dexter Lashley -- Lashley is a physically strong freshman right hander from Georgia. He’s a big boned kid with large sloping shoulders and the chance to get really strong as he matures. Lashley has an easy, simple delivery that generates a 77-80 mph fastball with some sinking life to it, not bad velocity for a freshman. Lashley’s breaking ball is a 68-70 mph slurve that he really doesn’t have a feel for yet and will have to continue to work on. Lashley was aggressive in the strike zone with his fastball and got some strikeouts with this pitch.
