Blake Young is a 2008 RHP/OF with a 6'0'', 190 lb. frame from Oshawa ON, who attends Eastdale CVI. He has a medium build with some present strength. Young throws from a quick paced delivery and an over the top release point. His fastball was steady in the 70-73 mph range, topping out at 74 mph. It was pretty straight. Young's curveball has a flat slurve type break at 64 mph. Young also plays some outfield and is a right handed hitter. He hits with a tall stance and low hands and tends to hit around the ball.
