Mario Sanelli is a 2008 2B/SS/3B with a 6'0'', 180 lb. frame from Issaquah, Washington, who attends Issaquah High School. Sanelli has a lean and athletic frame. Defensively he has good actions in the middle infield with solid footwork and hands. He makes the plays, and he showed a nice back hand. He was very smooth in game action. He has a very accurate arm as well. At the plate he is a left handed hitter who hits from an open stance with a toe tap trigger. He has bat speed through the hitting zone, and he has a line drive swing plane. Sanelli uses an inside out approach, and he stays balanced throughout his swing. He is quick to the ball, and he hits to all fields. Sanelli has a nice swing. He is a good student as well.
