John Ciolkosz is a 2010 1B/OF/P with a 6'0'', 215 lb. frame from Homer Glen, IL who attends Providence Catholic. Ciolkosz has a thick frame, hits from a wide base, strong hands, good balance and extension, uses a knee lift as a trigger, is a bit rotational, not a bad swing, defensively long arm action, good accuracy on throws. He also pitches, 3/4 arm slot, quick arm, solid extension, tight CB, deceptive fastball, throws downhill, raw pitcher with a good future on the mound. Named to top prospect team. He is also a good student.
