2004 Unsigned Seniors Showcase
Eric Lamb: Lamb is a big strong young man who is listed as a primary right handed pitcher but only caught and hit at the Showcase. In fact, we suspect that he may not have had a healthy arm because he looked a bit tender throwing in the catching workouts. Lamb showed a nice swing during batting practice and hit some balls hard with the wood bat. During the games, he had problems keeping his front side in, especially on the breaking stuff. He’s worth keeping an eye on because of his size and strength.
