Andrew Barrows is a shortstop / pitcher. He has good actions in the field and is a steady player. He is a pull hitter and could get more extension at the plate. On the mound he showed a good arm with movement from a 3/4 slot. He threw his curve 61-66 and his velocity on his fastball got better the more he pitched. He threw 82 mph but there is more in there. He is a good kid with plus grades and should help someone at the next level. His arm is his number one tool.
