Macray Morgan is a 2027 IF/RHP/OF with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Prescott Valley, AZ who attends Prescott High School. Long and slender young build. 7.47 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, works through hops well and has active feet, was comfortable to the back hand, shorter arm action and makes accurate throws, still working on arm slot adjustability and flexibility. Also worked out in the outfield. Right handed hitter, starts from a narrow open stance with a deep arm bar load and a big high leg lift and stride into contact, longer swing with lots of moving parts leading into it, line drive swing plane, has some extension through contact, flashed impact out front but needs to develop more consistency through adjustments. Took a turn on the mound, works from a semi-windup delivery with tall and tall mechanics, deep arm action to a high 3/4's release, tends to rush at times. Threw almost exclusively fastballs, topping out at 79 mph with some running life, flashed a soft sweeping curveball. Good student.
