Alec Perry is a 2027 C/3B with a 5-5 160 lb. frame from Plainfield, IN who attends Plainfield. Medium size frame. Ran an 8.42 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with a square set up behind the plate, under control movements, online footwork and accuracy on throws down with developing arm strength. Also worked out in the infield showing corner infield type actions, average glove actions, developing quickness and accuracy across the diamond. Ability to make all the routine plays. Hit from an even base with leg lift timing. Developing ability to consistently get on time a the plate, level bat path through the zone, loses the top hand some working through the zone with occasional ability to lift and drive the baseball. Developing connectivity to unlock the strength present in the swing.
